different Types of Braking Pads?

different Types of Braking Pads?
Good evening folks!
I drive a '00 Cadillac Seville STS 4.6l
My board computer said it's time to replace cadis braking pads.
I life in Austria / Vienna. If I buy new one from a Cadi dealership i can give me a headshot as well.
At rockautos homepage they only got braking pads for the SLS model.
Now are there any difference of the brake system between these two Models?
