Default in dash aftermarket audio

Is it possible to install an indash 7" dvd cd player in a 2000 cadillac seville sls. Some sites says it is possible and others say it isnt possible. If not ,what is causing the obstruction. If i cant get the indash then maybe i can install the one where the screen comes out from a single head unit. Any ideas or has anyone done this ? thank you

I'm doing mine tomorow. I'll tell you if you can put a DDIN in there or just a single. I have an eldorado but it's all the same. I think you should be able too since i seen eldorados with navigation/dvd, you might have a problem with the stock amplifier in the back though.

very serious issues, you're going to have to run new wires to all the places where the speakers are and install new speakers as well unless if the headunit you're getting is going to be BOSE like the stock speakers. otherwise you basically have to change EVERYTHING in the audio.
