Had to replace the oil pressure sending unit located next to oil filter because it had a leak. The new sensors we tried all are giving low pressure stop engine message but oil pressure is fine. It was checked. We’ve tried many units and none work so I want to override this message. How can I tell the computer that there is no issue from this unit? There are two wires coming off of the sending unit. How do I tell the computer there is no issue using these two wires? Do I cut them from the unit and leave them disconnected or should I splice them together?
