Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the ashtray in the center console? I dropped a credit card behind the ashtray door and cant get to it....thanks

 

With console open and shifter in neutral insert something about the size of a "Sharpie" felt marker pen diagonally into one of the rear corners of the shifter trim plate until the clip releases. Repeat in other corners as necessary. Pull back and up, disconnect the traction control wiring at the switch with a small flat screwdriver, pull slightly over the shifter handle and disconnect the harness connector leading to the heated seat switches, then remove.
