Dumb question about the ashtray
How do you get the front ashtrays out of a 96 Deville to clean them? I've tried pushing,pulling,lifting, and cursing

Index fingers inside front of ashtray thumbs on trim in front of ashtray. Press down with thumbs and up with index fingers. (It'll come)
