Default 1992 cadillac seville 4.9 electrical

Im having trouble with my 1992 cadillac seville , My brake lights on the back are not working when i press the pedal
except for the third brake light this will come on with no problems

Now if I wire from the hot on the third brakelight to the left taillight I press the brake and the brake lights will light up , just one side is dimmer than the other , but if i put the left directional on, my thrud light will blink and the tail light will blink until i press the brake
but if that left directional is on the right side taillights go out

Also as of this morning My trunk keeps opening and doors keep unlocking by themselves

What could be the problem with both issues

In dire need of help

Im thinking maybey a turn signal switch , but not sure if thats the issue
all the bulbs have been replaced and do light if you hotwire them and all parking lights work

Do the hazzard flashers/lights work? Do they work with park lights on?
