1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Problem
I just purchased a fleetwood. I love the car. Coming home one night the interior light kept flashing and door locks kept moving into the lock and unlock position on their own while driving. I couldn't do anything to stop it. When I got home and the car was shut off it still kept doing it. I simply took the two fuses out that control these two things. I believe it has to do with the security system in the car. Does anyone have any ideas? If I can simply disable the security system I'm fine with that. I don't want to spend a lot of money trying to figure out what is going on.

BCM problems
I have a 2002 Saturn Vue and it did the same things as you describe . It was caused by the Body control module, the unit that the key fob works from.
It was $400 for the module and $250 for the reprogramming of the old module to the new one.
I also am concerned if /when my 1996 fleetwood does the same.
you could be lucky and something else causing problem.
Also do you have a moon/sunroof? The Saturn's have a drain on each side for water, if they clog water goes down pillars and corrodes ground connections behind
right kick panel, something to think about.

I do not have the sunroof, but I do have some cracks in the vinyl roof. Can the body control module be disabled without any issues? I'm not looking to put a lot of money into the car at the moment. As long as it runs and drives I'm good. Please let me know. Thanks.

Not sure, with the Saturn it is unusable without BCM but Cad may not be as dependent.
First look for bad or corroded ground connections, if you get by with pulled fuses, you might be better off , than trying to wire around
door locks and lighting system
