Please help!!! problem with 1994 Cadilac Fleetwood Brougham

Hi my Cadillac fleetwood Brougham's lights inside the car do not shut off when dores are shut and locked. I was wondering if anyone knew why?

Easiest headlight dash dimmer in on position, other than that shorted door jam switch or wiring to interior lamps themselves. Anything happen prior to this condition occurring?

The car was sitting for 2 years and what about the eluminating timer delay module?
