I have a 1991 Cadillac brougham.Had the windshield washer fluid light come on. Add water to the bottle.Now when driving with the headlights on the chime keeps making noise. Is this some relay or senor gone bad? I did check all the door switches they all were fine.Anyone have this happen to them?

 

It could be the chime itself. It's a 1X3 plastic box near fuse box.

 

I found out the problem. It was a wire that goes to the transmission had some exposed copper on the wires .taped all fixed!
