Default Vacuum line missing?

Hi,
My buddy has a 2008 Escalade with the 6.2l. He brought it to me saying it was idling low and it was throwing some codes. Replace the crank positioning sensor and cleaned out the throttle body. Cleared the codes and did the throttle body relearn. It still idled low and then it threw a bank 1 lean code. Started looking around for vacuum leaks and found an open vacuum line on the passenger side mid way back on the intake manifold. I looked around and could not find any loose lines. So my question is, is there supposed to be a plug on this port or has a hose fallen off? It pulls vacuum when running so for now I put a plug on it and it seems to run ok. It idles at 600-620 ish. I'm not sure where this thing should idle. Anyways, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
