HI, new to this forum I've been active on the CLC forum for over 10 years.

I'm helping a friend with his 07 Escalade. The fuse for the rear wiper keeps blowing. Apparently this fuse also covers the the latch for the window in the end gate as the rear wipers and the latch
both quit when this fuse goes. Does anyone know what else is on this fuse? I've checked for any bare wires where thery leave the body and enter the end gate. I have not completely pulled the inner panel on the end gate yet. I've lifted it up as far as I can from the bottom and see no problems. I have not figured out how to get the top portion to let go. Is this attached similiar to the door panels? I've replaced broken exterior door handles on my 07 Denali so I am familiar with them.
