Default Voltage Drop? Heater / AC Fan Cuts Out - 1992 Eldorado

Hi,

Wondering if I'm having an electrical issue; perhaps just a bad connection etc? 145,000 miles on base model 4.9 liter Eldorado.

I've noticed this occurring while driving at lower speeds like when idling through a parking lot. It doesn't matter if I do, or do not have the AC on - in other words it occurs while just running the fan on 'econo' mode too. It doesn't last long, but suddenly the volume of air pushed through the heater or ac system suddenly becomes quiet for perhaps just a few seconds, and then back to normal. I haven't noticed any other electrical challenges at the same time, however there has been several times when that happened and my car died - again at a low speed while idling through a parking lot.

In May my battery died so I had a new one installed, but the same challenge has occurred thereafter. My volt meter generally seems to read 13. something most of the time when I check it.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

Blower control module maybe on it's way out. With engine stalling make sure throttle body bore and throttle plate are clear of carbon. Search Min air rate and idle learn.
