Have a 2001 Eldorado that either shifts hard or not at all when driven through a deep puddle of water or otherwise gets real wet. I've heard of problems with a solenoid in the transmission. Could that be the issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Reads like a wiring harness problem when it gets wet.
