my 1999 El Dorado, with 68k miles on it began stalling out after idling along in slow traffic or in park and idle. It starts right back up. After checking the codes I get a P0741 TCC stuck-off. What is the process of elimination steps to detect problem and solve. I don't want to assume a new transmission is needed.
