i have a few questions for my 1992 caddillac eldorado?

1) on my dash it reads the speed and volts but my rpm and coolent temp is not displaying, and my out side temp and all other readouts on the outside of my dash just show--- marks. when i try to read the fault code itsaid no ecm? but it runs fine. i drive it every day but with winter coming i need to get this fixed. so i have control of my blower motor?

2) my gas pedal keeps moving after i shut the car off for a few seconds.

any help would be great.
