Heater, bloer and a/c has not power
I have a 1990 El Dorado and I have replace the blower but now I can't get power to the control panel to activate the a/c, heater, defroster or the fan. The fan is working when connect directly to a power source. Are there procedures that I can run to diagnosis the problem?
