Hey guys, I'm new to the forum, hoping someone can help out. This is a beautiful well maintained car but it's driving us nuts.
I have no power to the windows, roof, locks, mirrors, trunk, interior lights.
When I turn on the car, which starts and runs fine, There is a 5 to 10 second delay before the dash lights, radio and climate control power up.
there also seems to be a constant power drain because the battery is discharged every few days.

as far as I know there haven't been any modifications made to the car and it's only got 55,000.

Check for voltage at left under hood electrical panel. There were battery cable issues. You also need Factory service manuals 2 volume set either paper or on disc try ebay it will be 1999 Eldorado and Deville.

Seville and Catera , along with Chilton, Haynes etc...won't give you all the information you need
