1996 Eldorado ETC
Blower motor turns itself on when car is off and drains battery until dead.
Have disconnected the blower motor harness to avoid battery discharge.
When plugged in blower motor does function but intermittently.
Is this the relay or the resistor? or both?
Any help from others who have had this problem is greatly appreciated!
