vent heating issue

i have a 99 deville base. when i have heat on it blows hot threw the floor and the defroster but when it switches to vents it blows cold threw the vents for the driver and the back seat.

the climate control isn't designed to blow hot air out dash vents. As you dial temp up or down it will switch air flow. It will let you blow cold air out all the ducts but not heat.

Use the 60-90 trick

I used the 60 90 switch trick on my digital cluster mine blows heat through vents but only at 78-79 which is low it's a thread somewhere on here that'll tell you exactly how if you got digital dash
