i have a 78 seville and my blower is not working unless in off position i have no schematics any suggestions what to check cant find the blower resistor

 

The blower resistor and relay should be on the evaporator housing. The blower should not be on so you would notice it in off. The electrical schematics are in a separate book and would only cover Seville. The 1978 FSM does not include the wiring diagrams. This link may help .
