Default Service Charging System on DIC

hey everyone, i have a 99 Deville and i replaced the alternator about a month ago. my problem is that when i am driving down the road its at about 12.7 volts to 13.4 volts. know if i stand on it, the voltage drops all the way to about 11.5v then the service charging system comes up on DIC. then i let off throttle and voltage comes back up to 12.6v to 13.1v. now when i come to a light and get to a complete stop, the voltage will drop from 12.7v-13.1v to 11.6v-11.9v. than the air conditioner blower will slow down a little and you can tell a voltage drop in the system. i have been trying to check all grounds and wiring to make sure that it wasnt shorting or bad wire in harness. this evening i am going to swing by autozone and have them check alternator and battery. if anyone has any clue what could be the problem i would appreciate the input.
