New to the forum, does anyone have experience changing the radiator in a 97 DeVille. Any hints, tricks etc would be greatly appreciated Thanks, Doug

 

Not hard,but no fun. Keep coolant away from abs unit.

 

Could you elaborate on that? Any hiden , not obvious bolts? Do the fans come out first? etc[8D]

 

Remove radiator hoses, dog bones, sir sensor, disconnect trans. cooler lines, oil cooler lines if present. removing left cooling fan may help with removing lower trans line, panel that holds radiator at top. A/c condenser may attach to radiator. Take attching screws loose and separate from radiator. reverse to install
