My DeVille came with no radio, so therefore all the wires are hanging. i unhooked the negative terminal on the battery, tried hooking up another radio! No luck. Now I got the theft system error flashing(saying the car wont start). So I unhook the battery again, de-wire the radio and hook the battery up again. I wait a few minutes the car finally starts, but the windows wont roll down WTF!!! Can I trouble shoot the window problem myself?!?! Any suggestions. I thought about changing the fuse for the windows.




p.s. i checked the radio fuse, it was blown. not sure if i caused it or was it from the previous owner.
