PC0151 code, Sensor location?

PC0151 code, Sensor location?

I have a 1996 Sedan Deville. This message accompanied my vehicle progressively bogging down for about 5 miles until it eventually wouldn't move at all. If anyone knows the location of this sensor I would be grateful to find out.

Bank 2 sensor 1. O2 sensor in front exhaust manifold.
