my 1998 deville wont roll the passenger front window down or up from the master switch. It did work from the passenger door switch fine but now both switches wont operate the window....I pulled the panel and ran power on both motor terminals and windows rolls down, reversing the wire the window rolls up.........any one got a clue where the problem may be?..is there a ground somewhere?....is it still the motor?.........Thanks.

 

I had the same problem on my 1998 deville but only the driver side window. Its the switch its a quick fix but the switch is about $112

 

I see the switches on eBay all the time. Try 97-99 Deville, D'elegance and Concours. Also try the local wrecking yard.
