Hello all - I'm new to the board and about to be new to Cadillac ownership. I'm purchasing a 2000 eldo etc in about a week. The car has some issues but there is one which I have no idea where to start my fixing efforts. The passenger side of the climate control system stays hot whether you go up or down with the pass temp setting or press the pass side off button on the control panel. The drivers side reacts to commands properly. I could go under the dash and find the blend door servo, disconnect it and move it manually from season to season, but I'd rather fix it properly if at all possible.
