hello I have a 2000 Deville and on my drverside my low beams don't work so I have to drive with my high beams at night. I try replacing the bulb but it didn't work it seems as if the harness where u plug the bulb in is melted and it smells burnt. I need some help please!!!!

 

get to a salvage yard and cut one off a similar car, then splice it in.
a new one will run upwards of $100+
