Default how to change starter on 01 Deville

I have a 2001 deville and I believe my starter is going out. I was wondering how hard this is to replace, as I am not an experienced mechanic. Any information on this would be a great help. Im new to the forum as well. Thank you in advance!

It has 113000 miles on it. It makes a long grinding noise before it turns over sometimes. It seems if I put the key in the ignition and start it immediatley, it has no problem. Its not till i put the key in and what a few seconds it seems to have some trouble. I dont know if im imagining this. Thanks for your help.
