I justbought a used02 Deville DHS, I can't figure out how to change the previous owners name to mine in the feature programming mode. My manual says that dealer can asist you with this function. I called the dealer and was told by service thatI should be able to change it myselfby using feature programming, but every time I try to reset and change his name, it just skips to the next feature mode and the previous owners name is still there when I start the car.I've tried several times with no luck.can anyone tell me how to do this successfully

My manual for my 04 Deville says see the dealer for assistance in programming this feature.
Fortionately, the previous owner didn't use it or the dealer cleared it before selling to me.

codes are in service manule not owner manule i dont have a service manule
