I have a 91 Deville that starts fine when its warm or in the garage at night. When left out at night (Temps between 0 and 40 degrees), the car will turn over but won't start. Fuel pump seems to be working but almost seems as though its not getting fuel to the carb. Any help would be much appreciated.
