99 base trunk and gas door issues

Angry 99 base trunk and gas door issues
I have a 99 deville base and just recently when i start my car my trunk and gas door open it dose not happen every time but when its been sitting for awhile it happens? whats going on and how can i fix it?

you probably need a battery. when battery voltage drops too low BCM "misfires" causes triggers the actuators. Changing BCM is unlikely to stop it from happening.

so just a new battery if the issues continues after replacing battery what could be the causes?

Battery cables. Undersized battery. Many auto parts stores will test battery for free.
