98 deville and lately it seems to be blowing hot air out on the passenger side vents regardless of where you set the thermostat????? and i mean hot hot air... i have read elsewhere on this site to look for codes but am unsure as to how to retreive them ????any help is appreciated.

I did find some info with the codes... B 2471 Air mix door two movement fault??? Is this the actuator you are refering to??If so where does this creature live and how hard is it to change??? Any tips would also be appreciated. Thanks to all Eddie
