84 Deville ps pulley won't align

Default 84 Deville ps pulley won't align
I have a 84 Deville 4.1 replaced the water pump and the power steering pulley broke during removal replace pulley and belt however the pulley is fully on the pump but will not line up with other pulleys so belts won't fit and I'm lost
