I have a 84 Deville 4.1 I changed the water pump on of course the ps pulley you have to remove was froze on there. Before removal all belts lined up. The ps pump runs with the crank and ac compressor. So we removed the ps pulley it did break so ordered a new one and installed it but it would not go back far enough to make belts align. So ordered a new pump and same result. Tried with old pump and old pulley also still doesn't sit far enough back. The pump has 2 bolts that screw into the block to hold the pump on. Which is nice and flush against the block. The pulley is fully installed. But will not line up. I'm completely stumped doesn't make since. Any help or tips is greatly appreciated
