I am seriously considering the Sony XDP-MU110 Digital Link Sound System ($50 at Crutchfield). It is basically adding iPhone connectivity and an internal amplifier (4-channel internal amplifier (17 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms)).

Question is, what is the factory radio watts RMS? If it's equal to or more than 17 x 4, I can save a little and do it another way, like a cassette adapter. But, Crutchfield is offering this for $200 less than eBay and Amazon.

Another question: I saw a couple perfectly-working (used) Bose RDDS radios. Can a Bose (that might've come from a 2005 Deville) fit into a 2002 Deville?
