Hi ... I'm new here.

I have a 2002 Deville. The A/C on the dash works perfect. However the A/C for the rear seat blows warm or hot air ...but not cold when the temperature is lowered.
I'm assuming it's a damper issue. Anyone here ever have a similar problem or know where the damper motor is or where I might start????

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

 

I discovered the exact same issue with my '03 DTS last week. I've got an appointment with my local Cadillac dealer tomorrow, so I'll let you know what (if any) fix they do on it.

 

Hello again. Got my car back from the local Cadillac dealer. They said they replaced the right temp door actuator. Anyway, now it seems to work fine, so you might want to get yours checked at the dealer.
