My 2001 Cadillac DHS was stolen by a pickpocket who stole my keyset 1. The car was recovered by the police, but he had wrecked it. From the dashboard back, it's unharmed. The police followed a trail of wreckage and antifreeze.

Problem is my mail was in there and had my name and address. The keys were NOT recovered, so the thief still has them. Can the keylocks be reprogrammed, or must all the keylocks be physically changed? I don't know if my insurance will pay for changing the locks.
