2001 deville will not start

2001 deville will not start

2001 deville, replaced battery, hearing the click sound, no go. the air bag light stays on and the dah board says it needs to be serviced. any connection between the two?

Clicking sound is a good indication of a ground not being solid or a low battery. Will it start with a boost?
