I am thinking of trading in my 1989 325i BMW for a 1996 Deville SLS. It as 71,000 miles on it and it looks as though it has been taken care of. They are asking 6,000 for it. I am new to the Caddy scene and was wondering if anyone would care to chime in as to whether this is a good price or not.

 

$6,000.00 is a little strong for a 96 model. They did not build Deville SLS, they built Seville SLS. You want to have car throughly inspected including for blown head gaskets. If you a willing to pay the price asked, car should have no high dollar repair concerns present.

 

sorry about the deville seville mix up. I would think it does not have a nlown head gasket with the miles, but stranger things have happened. I will have that checked out.
