Default 1990 Deville cornering/turning lights

I have some questions about the turning/cornering lights on my 90 sedan deville. First off, what action makes them come on? (ie. using the turn sigals with the headlights on.) Because I have never seen them come on before. So I pulled one out and the bulb is good. I would like to see if I'm getting 12v at the plug. But since I don't know how to make them come on, you can understand my problem. lol.

Here is a few pics of the cornering lights:

I found exactly what a needed to test the cornering lights

Since it is late I will test tomorrow and report back. I hope I'm not down to tracing wires again.

Did you ever get your Cornering lights to work properly and if so, what was the issue? I'm having problems with my 1992 - driver's side lamp doesn't seem to work but the bulb is good.
