I just recently picked up a beautiful 89 sedan deville 4.5 v8 front wheel drive with 161k on the odometer. Very clean for the age and miles it runs and drives great however, I cannot for the life of me seem to figure out why the air won't come through any of the vents even when the blower motor is set on high. Theres a very tiny bit of air coming through the middle vents when the blower motor is set on high I looked under the dash all the vacuum lines seem to be connected and the blend door actuator behind the glovebox works as it should.

Anyone else have this issue on these older caddies?? I love this car and don't give a rats a$$ about the ac working but I would like to at least have defrost and heat for when the colder months roll through.

 

Clicking sound in dash when ac/heat system activated @ my 2001 Cadilac Devile air only comes from defrost vents.
