i have some problems with an 1970 DeVille Sedan which i bought some weeks ago.
Maybe you can drop an idea...

At first - the GEN lamp in the dashboard is ON, even without a key... so the battery will be emtpy within a few hours.

The brakes are bad - but like new. There s a little "fchhhhh" from behind the pedal while braking with motor on. The break-pedal needs enormous power to stop "Dr. Greenthumb" - as we call him.

There is an alarm supply in this car (some japan-crap) which i need to uninstall - this
item seems to cut the power from starter and ignition...
