The other day I used my wifes 2003 CTS, it had not been driver in a couple of weeks, stays in the garage, anyways, the windshield wipers started up while I was still in the driveway, and try as I might, I could not get them to shut off. Any similiar situations occurring out there. Anyone have a fix for it.

My 03 does the same thing. I'm beginning to think it's in the steering column because I can move it up and down and occasionally that'll turn them off. If not I pull the fuse under the hood.
