Trans Cooler Lines

Just wanted to know the best way to get the trans cooler lines off. Not sure if i can get a wrench on them or not. Thanks very much in advance.

Well I found out i need a trans line disconnect which i found is pretty costly. Just want to make sure i get the right disconnect tool. Anyone have a part number I think i have the right one just want to double check

some parts houses will loan the specialty tools to install the parts .. locally here, Kragen does that.
