Default Traction Control

I own a 2008 CTS 110,000 miles. I love the car. BUT! The traction control light keeps coming on followed by service stabili track, service traction control on the DIC. When I connect the OBDII reader it shows code P0101 mass air flow sensor. I have replaced the MAFS and cleared the code but the light keeps coming on.I have inspected for vacuum leaks and found none. I've also checked and replaced wheel speed sensors and inspected the wheel hubs. Also when the light comes on there is no notable performance changes. I've had this issue for about two years. Has anyone else had this problem?

Default Traction Control light

Well Good News Bad News. First the good news. I believe I've fixed the issue with the Traction Control light coming on. I did a little research on this issue and found that a bad or blocked PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) can sometimes give the same symptoms as a failing MAF(Mass Air Flow) sensor. Since I already replaced the MAF, I found that there is Technical Service Bulletin on enlarging the holes on the PCV and this seems to have fixed the problem. Fingers crossed I haven't had the Traction Control light come on since the repair.

Now the Bad News. Since the repair I now have a Check Engine light code P2179. I've reset the code twice but light comes back on after a couple hours of driving. Hoping it's just coincidence and not somthing to do with the PCV modification. I will replace O2 sensor when I have time and hope for the best.

If anyone has any suggestions I would certainly appreciate your input.

Thanks
