RWD or AWD?
Recently bought a 2012 CTS Wagon. The VIN Number translates to RWD. There is no "4" on the tailgate CTS badge to designate AWD. The WeatherTech mats I ordered for AWD don't fit, and so I reordered for RWD model. So, what's the question?
Well, my front wheels appear to have CV axles coming to them from what I presume is the transaxle. If the car is RWD, what do these axles do?
