Hi there Cadillac friends,

I drive a Raven Black CTS from the year 2005.
Never had a problem in 3 years now I 😔 my pore CTS.
The Pasenger door won’t open not from the inside not from the outside it stays in lock.
I also try it with the key but also nothing.
Then I tried without power from the battery nothing.
So I thing my lock it self is broken.
No problem we can order that right?
But now my problem door is closed en locked.
I had the luck I chould remove the panel on the inside.
But now how do I unlock it?
I can touch and see the actuator but how do I unlock it manually?
It needs to be unlocked to open the door and disasable the broken one.

Please hope someone can help.

I expected some feedback from my Cadillac fam.
But I got it open.

I took a big flathead scredriver en hit it on the back of the lock after a few hits it was open.




Got a new lock from my brother in law ho was in Cleveland last week just for 120 dollar and the problem was fixed thank god.
