Painted and Tinted CTS Tail Lamp
I wanted to share a shot of a CTS tail lamp we just did. We showed this off at a small M&G that we had here in New Jersey. It is painted Raven Black around the edges and tinted meium in the middle. It may be hard to see it on this color but painting the edges really cleans up the rear of the CTS.

RE: Painted and Tinted CTS Tail Lamp
I am going to be blunt—I don't like these. Here's why: They reduce the amount of light transmission through the lens and reduce the ability of the person behind you seeing your vehicle, thereby reducing time allocated for the driver behind you to react properly. Both my wife and I have seen too many of these on trucks, cars, etc. and although they are very fashionable these days—for appearance and looks—they reduce the very premise of SAE engineered lighting: safety. Anyone who says that they do not reduce light transmission is lying.
