The 2019 CTS is being delivered with defective Infotainment (CUE) systems and Cadillac doesn’t have any working replacements. If the inside of the car gets hot from sitting in the sun or hot garage, the touch screen freezes and does not accept any input. You cam not select anything requiring screen input. It also affects the voice recognition so you can’t use stored contacts. Your stored Audio Favorites aren’t available either.
