My Cadillac Cue touch screen stopped responding to touch and was stuck on the home screen. After some online research it seems many others have had this issue and they bought a replacement screen and installed with success. I did this and after a couple hours popping out the center unit, taking it apart, putting new screen on and popping it back in I have the same exact issue. Is there maybe some other issue ? When I put my hand to the screen the options do not pop up, so maybe there is some other issue or perhaps my replacement is bad as well ? Anyone else have the same happen to them and if so, what are other options ?
